Japanese Language Course

The University is running in-person Japanese language courses on campus, open to anyone aged 18 and over. The Japanese 1 course is for beginners and the course will run for 10 weeks during term time, starting Wednesday 5th February 2025 to Wednesday 7th May 2025 from 4.00-6.00pm (no classes over Easter holidays) on the Loughborough University Campus.

We are investigating whether walking influences our appetite hormone levels, and whether exercise-induced changes in the hormones correlate with perceptions of appetite, nutritional intake and brain activity in individuals varying in weight status.

Recruiting sports staff for burnout research

For my undergraduate dissertation at Loughborough University, I am investigating the predictors of burnout amongst sports coaches and support staff. The research is based on a 10–15 minute questionnaire investigating the role of organisational stress and mindset in terms of predicting burnout within this sample.
