Research into body composition, activity, sleep data - call for participants
Would you like to learn more about your body composition, cardiometabolic profile, immune system, and your physical activity and sleep data?
The study aims to find out how your body's natural sleep-wake pattern (chronotype) modulates the impact of 30 minutes of moderate exercise, performed either in the morning or afternoon, on inflammation levels and appetite regulation.
We are looking for healthy male and female, aged 18 to 45 years.
If you are interested please contact Ms Mayada Demashkieh (m.demashkieh@lboro.ac.uk) or Ms Jiajin Li (J.Li@lboro.ac.uk).
