Relationship study - between Anxiety, stress, and sleep health.

Broadly, to be eligible to participate in this study, you must be 18 years or older, have a clinical diagnosis of PTSD/C-PTSD, OR present a high risk of PTSD/C-PTSD from the online screening questionnaire (which you will be provided with).

The exclusion criteria is a confirmed diagnosis of Central sleep apnoea, narcolepsy. Females who are pregnant or currently breastfeeding, or postpartum within 12 months.

The study will involve three parts:

• Online pre-screening
• In-person study
• Visit 1: (Familiarisation and Assessment)
• In-person study Visit 2 (overnight polysomnography)
  

Participants will receive 50£ Love2shop voucher in each in-person visit ( a total of 100£)
