Share your story on Loughborough University’s Health and Wellbeing blog

In case you missed them, make sure to check out our recent health and wellbeing blogs covering a range of topics including overcoming fatigue, mindfulness, and incorporating fitness around working life.

The blogs offer valuable insights and practical tips for enhancing your mental, emotional and physical health. Prioritising wellbeing is a journey, and staying informed about effective strategies is a positive step.

We are looking for staff and students to share their personal stories or tips for the blog. Whether it’s a reflection on mental health, physical wellness, a hobby that brings you joy, or strategies for staying balanced, your voice can inspire and encourage others.
