2025 Learning and Teaching Conference: Call for submissions

To celebrate the tenth anniversary of the Learning and Teaching Conference, on the 1 and 2 April at West Park Teaching Hub, the Enhanced Academic Practice team have planned a two-day programme of activity to showcase innovative practice and to provide a forum for collaboration and practice sharing.

The theme for this year’s conference is ‘Pedagogy Reimagined: Building from Excellence for Student Success’.

On 1 April they will be hosting a half-day ‘DigiLabs Experience’. This is an opportunity to engage with some of the technologies and to consider the applications for learning and teaching in your own subject area. If you're new to the DigiLabs technology and want to see how to utilise the technology to enhance teaching and learning, this is a great opportunity to get started and network.

On 2 April there will be a full-day conference, where participants will explore approaches and strategies to reimagine pedagogy in the contemporary educational landscape and build upon existing excellence. The conference will feature a keynote from the new Pro Vice-Chancellor for Education and Student Experience, Professor Sam Grogan, alongside a series of lightning talks, interactive sessions, a student panel and a range of networking opportunities.
