Next series of Leadership Learning Sprints: Book your place now

Following the success of the latest series of Leadership Learning Sprints, we are excited to announce the next series of sprints which are focused on the theme of Perspectives.

These sprints are designed to provide valuable insights and practical tools to enhance your leadership skills. 

We invite you to join these upcoming Leadership Learning Sprints featuring subject matter experts, opportunities for debate, and practical tools you can immediately apply.

Here are the details for the upcoming sprints: 

  • 5 March, 1pm-1.45pm: Diverse Perspectives - Understanding the impact of cultural, generational, gender, race, and religious differences on individual needs from leaders

  • 12 March, 1pm-1.45pm: Academic Perspectives - Understanding how academic motivations align or misalign to leadership priorities
    Professor Tony Edwards, Loughborough University London 
  • 24 March, 1pm-1.45pm: Perspectives of Others - Understanding more about the people we lead through the lens of different personality types
    Dr Cheryl Travers, Loughborough Business School 
  • 27 March, 1pm-1.45pm: Own Perspectives - How understanding oneself can improve how you lead others using the concept of reflexivity
    Professor Amanda Harrington, Loughborough Business School 

Please note these sprints are a repeat of those delivered as part of a pilot in November 2024.  

To register for the sprints, please complete the MS Form to indicate the sessions you are interested in. We will send calendar appointments for these sessions directly to you. 

Or if you’d prefer you can simply turn up on the day of the Leadership Sprint you’re interested in by joining the live session on our dedicated Teams channel.
