LU Arts launch Loughborough Arts Map

Illustrated by Maya Patel, a Graphic Design student at Loughborough University, LU Arts have produced a Loughborough arts map and guide to showcase the arts and culture offering in Loughborough town.

There are lots of places that can help you get creative and get involved in the arts and LU Arts hope that you will pick up a copy and enjoy exploring them, whether you’re a student, member of staff at the University or a local resident.

This map will give you a good idea of the range and depth of places on your doorstep, but it is not an exhaustive list.

How can I get a copy?

From Monday 24 February, you can pick up a free copy of the arts map from the following places on campus:

You may also be able to get a copy from Charnwood Museum, Loughborough Wellbeing Centre, Charnwood Arts, Loughborough Library and other places featured in the map.

Launch event

On Tuesday 25 February, 10am-2pm at Pilkington Library, there will be a stand in the main entrance foyer to launch the new arts map. Come along and grab your free copy and find out about all the arts events taking place this term. There will also be a big version of the illustrated map on display.
