International Women's Day: Imposter Syndrome Workshop

About this event

Imposter syndrome is defined as doubting one’s abilities and feeling like a fraud at work, and is a label often given to women.

Join Maia for a discussion on Imposter Syndrome with Lisa Brooks-Lewis, the Social Inclusivity Manager.

This discussion on imposter syndrome from an intersectional and feminist perspective, seeks to challenge commonly held notions of Imposter Syndrome by focusing on the ways structural and systemic barriers, societal norms, biases, and assumptions impact women in the workplace.
