The Sir Thomas White Loan Charity provides education loans up to the sum of £10,000 to postgraduate students who have been resident in Leicestershire or Rutland for the past three years. (Northampton residents should contact the Sir Thomas White's Northampton Charity).

Eligibility

To be eligible for consideration for you must be:

  • over 18 and under 45 years of age
  • currently resident in Leicestershire or Rutland and have been for a minimum of 3 years
  • able to demonstrate a real need for the loan
  • applying to study or already be studying a postgraduate course
  • have the right to remain in the UK for the duration of the loan term (9 years)
