Welcome to Butler Court

Located in East Park, near the School of Design and Creative Arts and our rugby pitches. Butler Court is a very tight knit community where morale is high and there is a great social life. The hall is named after Sir Clifford Butler, Vice-Chancellor of the University from 1975-1985.

Upcoming Events

Your Welcome Week was packed full of exciting events and activities. Over the course of your first week at university, Butler Court Hall ran 15 activities. Some particular highlights were the Bierkeller event and the Squid Games sports event. 

 There are still plenty more events to come, including:  

  • 4th December – High tables 
  • January – Refreshers (You can find refreshers plans soon on Butler's social media pages.)
  • May – Butler Court Hall Day 
  • June – Butler Court Summer Ball
