The drop-in sessions can be used to talk briefly to a Wellbeing Adviser for 10-15 minutes about your concerns. The sessions offer quick advice or guidance on mental health and wellbeing. Concerns may be to do with several things including life events, wellbeing, financial difficulties, physical health, or injury. We can talk through what’s going on and think of a way forward together.
Some areas in which drop-ins can be helpful are:

Your concerns don’t need to be managed alone. There are lots of options of support at Loughborough University. The team may also help to connect you with another team or service that are better able to do so.
