The Timetabling Team are responsible for preparing teaching timetables for staff and students for each semester. This includes contributions to planning of teaching spaces and programmes, and collation of teaching information.

The Central Room Booking Team is responsible for all centrally bookable teaching rooms across campus, ensuring spaces are available for a wide range of academic and administrative needs. Their responsibility includes overseeing the logistics for booking teaching rooms used by multiple departments, maintaining a streamlined and accessible booking process, and assisting with inquiries related to specific bookings.
