Programme and module specifications are reviewed together on an annual basis in recognition of the interdependence between them.
Deadlines
In 2025 there will be a single deadline of Monday 31st March for the following annual update and timetabling processes:
- Update of 2025/26 Programme Specifications
- Update of 2025/26 Module Specifications
- 2025/26 Timetabling Module Request Forms
The module choice window will be open between Tuesday 6th May (start of Week 10, the Monday being a bank holiday) to Friday 16th May.
Schools should ensure that all programme specifications have been published via the LUSI Programme Update System (formerly known as PRUAS), and modules specifications published via the Module Information System by 31st March.
