Study Break Packs: A Helpful Resource from the Library for Students
As the exam season progresses, it is easy for students to feel overwhelmed and stressed. To combat this, the library has created Study Break Packs — a thoughtful resource designed to help students recharge and refocus during those crucial breaks.
What Are Study Break Packs?
Study Break Packs are carefully curated kits filled with fun and relaxing activities to help students take a break from their academic workload. They are designed to offer a quick refresh, helping students return to their studies feeling rejuvenated and more productive.
Research shows that taking regular breaks during study sessions can improve focus, reduce stress, and enhance overall productivity. The Study Break Packs give students the perfect opportunity to step away from the books for a few minutes and engage in activities that foster relaxation and mindfulness.
Where Can I Get the Packs
Packs are free to pick up from Pilkington Library between 6th-30th January. There are a limited number available, however, recognising that not all students can visit the library in person, you can also email our Student Experience and Accessibility Librarian Emma for a copy E.Hibbert@lboro.ac.uk The online version includes downloadable content — whether in the library, at home, or in a quiet corner of campus — you can access these helpful resources with just a click.
