Accommodation packages

We have a limited number of rooms reserved exclusively for Loughborough University London students. All rooms offered on 51 week let.

  • £15,342 (£300 per week) – Basic en-suite, 4ft bed (10 bedrooms)
  • £15,853.40 (£310 per week) – Classic en-suite, 4ft bed (44 bedrooms)
  • £16,173.03 (£316.25 per week) – Premium Range 1 en-suite, 4ft bed (16 bedrooms)

All room types have private bathrooms and shared kitchen and social spaces. Classic en-suite rooms are at a higher floor than Basic en-suites, and Premium Range 1 en-suite rooms are at a higher floor than Classic en-suites.

All fees above include utilities (water, gas, heating, electricity), Ultrafast Broadband & Wi-Fi, maintenance support, contents insurance, 24/7 assistance and an onsite service team.

An advance rental payment of £250 to be paid by the Nominee to Unite Students pursuant to the Tenancy Agreement. Such Advance Rent is a genuine payment of rent in advance and will be deducted from the Nominee’s first instalment of Rent pursuant to the Tenancy Agreement.

Please note: During the 2024/25 and 2025/26 academic years, we'll be carrying out works to the external facade of this property between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday.
