Alba is a graphic designer originally from Mexico. She obtained a Master's degree in Ergonomics in 2022. Later she was a scholar and research assistant for almost two years. She began her doctoral studies at Loughborough University in April 2024. Her research is focused on understanding the user experience of traditional museum older visitors, to improve the museum's service for them.
Title of Thesis: Evaluation of the Traditional Museum Service based on the User Experience of its Older Visitors.

About PhD: She began her doctoral studies at the School of Design and Creative Arts at Loughborough University in April 2024. With her research she seeks to understand the user experience of older adults in the traditional museum, to improve the service through it and be able to provide better interaction between visitors and the service.
