Remote support is available for mathematics and statistics daily from 11am to 1pm and 3pm to 5pm.

Cancelling your booking

Should you need to cancel your booking, please click on the 'Reschedule' button in your booking confirmation email and then follow the steps as prompted. In term time you may also email mlsc@lboro.ac.uk to cancel your booking but we do encourage you to manage this yourself, especially when we are offering out of term mathematics and statistics support.

Step 1: Click on 'Reschedule' in your booking confirmation email.
Step 2: Choose 'cancel' booking.
Step 3: Confirm 'cancel' booking.
Step 4: Cancellation is acknowledged.
