Wolfson Piano Room

We are delighted to announce that we have opened a piano room in Wolfson School (West Park) for Music VIP members to use. The room is available from 8am to 5pm weekdays only.

The room is equipped with a digital piano and piano stool. Due to the location of the room it can only be used for playing the piano. Headphones must be used (provided at Wolfson reception) and singing or playing other instruments in here is not allowed.

The piano room is available to us on a trial basis for the spring term 2025. We would like to thank Wolfson School for their support in making this possible.

If there are complaints of noise then we will lose access to this room, so please be respectful of the rules of use.

How to book the room

The room can be booked in half an hour time slots between 8am and 5pm Monday-Friday. You can sign up for slots on the weekly timetables which are on the noticeboard outside the room. If you turn up and the room has not been booked you are welcome to use it.

How do I find the room?

The piano room is accessed via the main entrance to Wolfson building. You will need to collect and sign for the key and headphones from Wolfson Reception, which is straight ahead when you leave the staircase on the first floor. There is lift access and toilets are located near the stairs.

Once you have the key, head along the corridor on your left (as you face reception). The corridor takes you into T Building. Continue past the 3D printing lab on your left. There are two sets of double doors close together and the piano room is on the left straight after the second set of doors.

Please remember to return the key to reception when you have finished and take any rubbish away with you.
